Matchbooks are one of my favorite things to collect. In fact, rare is the night when I go out to dinner and don't come home with at least a few stashed in my clutch from whatever restaurant DW and I went to. Graphically - I love seeing how different restaurants distinguish themselves. But more simply - its fun to look back and remember all of the great dinners we have had in different places.
I also love to give matchbooks! Easy to personalize, and always a hit. Most recently, I ordered custom matchboxes from Social Primer. For some fun ones to give as a hostess gift - I would check out Design Darling's boutique.
